YEARS
I entered college at 17, actually it was at 16!
In fact, I started when I was 16, I was always ahead in school and obviously I never repeated a year, I turned 17 during the first year of the course. I always really liked technology and innovation. At the time of the entrance exam, the choice for the computing course could not be different. I have always been very fond of mathematics, statistics and logic. During graduation I did numerous internships in public and private institutions, as well as complementary technology courses to gain experience.

YEARS
At 22 I moved to São Paulo and at 23 I earned U$ 40 thousand
I was formed and wanted to conquer the world. I decided to move from Santa Maria (RS) to São Paulo, to get to know the market. It was during this period that I participated in many events and had contact with startups, accelerators and IT companies, until I decided to create my own company in the cybersecurity sector.
In my first year as an entrepreneur, a surprise: I won $40,000 in an innovation competition called Startup Chile. Startups have innovation in their DNA, I discovered this in practice. I was somewhat lucky to start in a rising market - Cybersecurity - which would grow exponentially year after year with the epic episode of Edward Snowden.
I moved to Santiago in Chile.

At 24 I returned to Brazil, but to BH
Another 80 thousand. This was the SEED (Startups and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development) award, a program created to foster innovative companies - startups - in the capital of Minas Gerais.
I moved to Belo Horizonte.
Once again the startup created was in thelist of the most innovative.

The challenge now was inside the Santa Maria Technological Park. City in the center of the state of RS that has a large number of technology companies.
During management, we increased the occupancy of companies in the park from 50% to90%and we signed development agreements with agencies in Brasilia.

At 27 I was among the top three mentors in Brazil at the Startup Awards

Acoronationwith the public recognition of the ecosystem came with the nomination for the Startup Awards - the biggest Brazilian innovation award - in the category of best mentors.
The event was promoted by the Associação Brasileira de Startups which took place at Anhembi in SP. There I was alongside celebrities like Camila Farani, João Kepler and startups like Maxmilhas, Meliuz and Hotmart. I was theonly gauchoto go up on stage.

At 28 I moved to São Paulo again
With business moving forwardexponentially, I returned to São Paulo, this time with a lot of market experience and with the objective of attracting large clients and investors.
São Paulo is binary, you either love it or hate it. There's no middle ground. In my case, I love the frenzy of São Paulo. It's a city made for doing business - which I've always loved to do. In this yearI became a teacherMBA in the disciplines of strategic planning, entrepreneurship and innovation at Laureate International Universities.
I returned to live in São Paulo.
My 29 years were marked by events and investments

YEARS
Without a doubt, it was the year that I participated the most ineventsand lectured. Now 29 years old and partner of three companies: XLabs ON Security (RiskTech), Satoshi Investimentos (Fintech) and Inbeauty (HealthTech)management and growthemerged. Together, the companies have a market value of more than R$57 million.
I raised investment for companies, one of them with thebiggest company in the worldin the sector - Brinks, from Dallas USA. We followed the exponential growth, becomingreferenceLatin American of the sector, with more than 100 million people going through our systems daily.

I was born into an entrepreneurial family. My parents introduced me since I was a teenager to the business environment.
I started working in the family business in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul.
Recognized as a young innovator,I was invited to chair the AGS and foster the innovation ecosystem in Rio Grande do Sul.
In the 2015 - 2017 management, I raised AGS tomaininnovation entity of RS. Mapping more than 650 actors in the ecosystem such as: startups, investors, accelerators, technology parks, IT companies, incubators, coworkings and others in about 50 cities.
Currently, POA is the second largest startup hub in the country (McKinsey).

Among them, going around the world, being featured on Forbes and making my own wine. is being adifferent yearof the last, where the frenzy of São Paulo was "cut" by the coronavirus... However, companies continue to grow... Hiring... Expanding... In this period I am also trying to develop new skills and stay closer to the family.
